　　畢業(yè)后我登上了講臺，成為了一名小學(xué)英語教師。每天上班都面對著熱情朝氣，充滿期待的孩子�？粗麄兲煺鏌o暇的面孔，看著他們渴望求職的炙熱的目光，還有那信任和敬仰的神情，我愛上了教師這個職業(yè)。我的使命感、責(zé)任感、緊迫感和自豪感一起涌來，縈繞心間，化作一股動力，激勵著我不斷追求著，為成為一名具有人格魅力的教師而努力。

　　“教書育人”是我們教師的使命。我們既要教書，又要育人。而第斯多惠說過“教學(xué)的藝術(shù)不在于傳授本領(lǐng)，而在于關(guān)于激勵、喚醒、鼓舞�！蔽覍Υ松钣畜w會。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的教學(xué)工作，單單去研究如何進行教學(xué)還不行，我們更多的是主動積極地去爭取家庭教育和學(xué)校教育的緊密聯(lián)系，家長的教育意識畢竟不如城里的家長。而對于學(xué)生，我們更多的要給予關(guān)愛，尤其是一些比較“野”的學(xué)生，不容忽略某一個學(xué)生，要獨具慧眼地發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的'潛能，鼓勵他們不斷主動探索，發(fā)揚民主精神。

　　在學(xué)生中樹立良好的教師形象，讓學(xué)生敬畏你。這算是成功了一半。既讓學(xué)生敬佩你，同時又畏懼你，可不是一件很容易的事情。前幾年，由于自己是年輕一線的老師，缺乏經(jīng)驗，教學(xué)成績又不是很突出，雖然工作總是兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，可是在學(xué)生心目中，我總是不能讓學(xué)生像敬仰威望很高的同事那樣敬仰我。去年，我所任教的三年級的英語三率都居級組第一，一下子傳開后，校內(nèi)校外都能看到很多信任和贊賞的目光。本學(xué)期接任了一個基礎(chǔ)很差的班級，因為有了好的教學(xué)成績學(xué)生都很服我，在教學(xué)中，我嚴格要求他們，樹立自己的威性，果然期末考試中收到了我意想不到的效果。

Then Xiao Ming stopped a taxi and took him to the Sun Hotel. Xiao Ming talked with Jack on the way and made Jack know more about Beijing. Jack thanked Xiao Ming very much and thought Xiao Ming’s English was very good. Xiao Ming was very happy.He smiled and smiled, then he woke up.
