法律，是我們生活的方向航標(biāo)，沒(méi)有法律，我們的生命安全就沒(méi)有保障，而法律各個(gè)地方又有不同，各個(gè)國(guó)家也不一樣。入鄉(xiāng)隨俗在很大程度上就是遵守當(dāng)?shù)氐牧?xí)俗，即便是法律，也不能僭越。
在英語(yǔ)國(guó)家中，他們的法律體系屬于英美法系，而中國(guó)屬于大陸法系。想要學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，我們就要學(xué)會(huì)英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的.各個(gè)方面，對(duì)他們的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣，和語(yǔ)言有所了解。
在英語(yǔ)中，法律就是law，這就是我們將會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)到的一個(gè)單詞，由此而聯(lián)想到的另一個(gè)單詞就是lawyer，律師，從事法律工作的人，其實(shí)英語(yǔ)并不像我們想象中的那么難學(xué)，除非我們不愿意學(xué)。
不要我們學(xué)了幾年的英語(yǔ)，到時(shí)候練英語(yǔ)的一些基本常識(shí)和一些簡(jiǎn)單的東西都不知道了。
我們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)最基礎(chǔ)的就是要記憶單詞，所以要做好準(zhǔn)備，隨時(shí)要記憶單詞。

Teaching objectives:

3. Practise to pronounce ‘wh’ ‘wr’.

Teaching procedures
Warmer:
1. Stick the pictures of unit 1 on the board. Have the students come to thefront and mime the text of unit 1.
2. Say a sentence in the present tense and get the students say it in thepast tense.
Examples:
T: Daming goes to New York.
Ss: Daming went to New York.
T: Grandma meets Daming.
Ss: Gradma met Daming.
Teach the text:
1. Raise the picture of the Statue of Liberty and ask: What is it ? Whereis it?”
Guide the students say: It’s the statue of Liberty. It’s in New York”.
T: Daming is in New York now. Let’s see who met him at the airport. What hesaw in New York and What food he wanted to eat.
2. Play the tape. Have the students listen and underline the new words inbooks.
3. Teach the new words.
4. Play the tape again. Have the students listen and say. After this, getthe students to answer the following questions:

5. Complete activity 2 in SB. (Get the students to ask and answer inpairs)
