森林是地球之肺.可是在一些地方成片成片地砍伐森林,甚至連幼林也難以幸免;一些企業(yè)在建廠時就沒有環(huán)保意識,把河流變成了他們的排污池;一些廠礦排污嚴重超標,他們與環(huán)保部門“捉迷藏”,把污染物排入空中、排入河流;公共場所或馬路上,有些人隨地亂扔垃圾;有的公共汽車駕駛員,出了車門就不再有環(huán)保意識,把車廂里的垃圾往馬路上掃;有些清潔工為圖方便,把路面垃圾掃進下水道里;一些街頭飯館,剩飯剩菜連同污水倒得馬路遍地都是……這一幕幕,確實不能不讓我們感到憂慮.如果我們不讓這些人加強環(huán)保意識,不去制止他們破壞環(huán)境的行為,上個世紀末葉墨西哥城嚴重大氣污染導致許多居民罹患疾病的悲劇,將會在我們身邊重演.
環(huán)境與人類唇齒相依.人類走向文明的過程其實也就是人類愛護環(huán)境,環(huán)境施惠于人的過程.保護環(huán)境,不僅僅是政府采取幾項措施,新聞單位廣為宣傳,更為重要的是必須使我們的每一位公民樹立愛護環(huán)境,保護環(huán)境的意識,全民投身環(huán)境保護工作.也只有這樣,環(huán)境才會報答我們.就像一位著名的環(huán)保學家所說的那樣：“我們愛護地球像愛護我們自己,地球也將奉獻給我們她所有的一切.
人類生存在環(huán)境之中,人類的`一舉一動都會影響到環(huán)境.這時,人的環(huán)保意識便顯得十分關鍵.廢舊電器該如何處置,“白色污染”該怎樣解決,乃至如何對待周圍的一草一木,說到底都是一個環(huán)保意識的問題;有了這種意識,增強了這種意識,一些棘手的問題也就不再成其為問題.所以,增強環(huán)境保護意識是環(huán)境保護的根本.
面對被破壞得千瘡百孔的自然環(huán)境,我們采取的措施也最終圍繞增強人們的環(huán)保意識.環(huán)保意識的強弱反映了公民素質的高低,同時也是一個國家文明程度的衡量標尺,畢竟,我們不能要求每個人都做環(huán)保專家,但可以讓更多的人有更多的環(huán)保知識.而環(huán)保知識的宣傳又要從枝枝節(jié)節(jié)做起,只能是潤物細無聲,而不可能一蹴而就.
首先是抓住媒體(這一宣傳陣地.這是進行環(huán)保宣傳的有效載體,它覆蓋面廣,能夠輻射各階層,各年齡段.利用好電視、廣播、報刊、網(wǎng)絡,形成四者的互動與交融.比如多設立環(huán)保網(wǎng)站,宣傳環(huán)保知識,設立環(huán)保論壇;另外,作一些環(huán)保的紀錄片、公益廣告等,潛移默化之中,人們的環(huán)保意識必然得到增強.
其次是抓好教育這塊領地,當今中國已經(jīng)形成人人重教育的良好局面.而孩子從小受到的教育將對他的世界觀、人生觀的形成起到?jīng)Q定性作用.讓孩子從小就認識到環(huán)保的重要性和形勢的嚴峻性,必將對環(huán)境保護起到良好的促進作用.我們可以把有關環(huán)境的知識寫進教材,可以多在大學校園組織環(huán)保講座.這樣,從青年學生抓起,環(huán)境保護便有了后勁,便會生生不息地延續(xù)下去.
還有,政府要加強宣傳力度,從上到下,統(tǒng)一意識,樹立宣傳欄、宣傳牌,發(fā)放傳單,讓環(huán)保知識、環(huán)保意識進農村、進社區(qū);讓工人、農民、知識分子等社會各階層都認識到環(huán)保的重要性.當然,我們要出臺各種具體的規(guī)章制度,還要立法;對于破壞環(huán)境的“人類公敵”進行有力處罰,以儆世人.法律法規(guī)要進一步具體化,對工業(yè)排污、農業(yè)污染、生活用品污染進行詳細明確的規(guī)定,使環(huán)境保護提到法制日程上來.
當前,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展仍然任務艱巨,經(jīng)濟仍然比較落后,工業(yè)時代剛剛起步;人們的文化素質包括環(huán)保意識還不夠高,所以我國環(huán)保之路漫長而艱巨.然而,正如我國政府一貫強調的,要實現(xiàn)環(huán)境、資源、人口的協(xié)調發(fā)展,任何時候絕不能以犧牲環(huán)境為代價換得經(jīng)濟的一時發(fā)展.這就要求我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要走高質量、高效益之路,而不可盲目擴張.我國的教育事業(yè)在飛速發(fā)展,人們的綜合素質也在不斷提高.因此,盡管我們的環(huán)保任務極為嚴峻,但有了政府的大力支持和社會的全面進步,我們對未來充滿了信心!
人類共同寄居的地球和共同享有的天空是不可分割的整體.讓我們積極行動起來,為了地球上的生命,為了保護我們賴以生存的空間,從我做起,從身邊的小事做起.我相信,有了科學的方法,再加上我們的實際行動,在不遠的將來,我們將擁有一片美麗而完整的藍天.

一天，我躺在沙發(fā)上看書，居然迷迷糊糊的睡著了。忽然，一位外星人模樣的科學家出現(xiàn)在我面前。他神色嚴峻地對我說：“小朋友，你們的地球都快毀滅了你竟然還在睡大覺，快跟我走，我有一樣神秘武器交給你” “你瞎說，我們的地球好好的怎么會毀滅呢”我肯定地說。
“不相信？那你跟我走一圈就知道我沒騙你”外星人說。于是我跟著他乘著飛碟不一會兒就到了西湖邊。老遠我就聞到了一股惡臭，正納悶中西湖展現(xiàn)在我眼前，我驚訝地張大嘴巴，簡直不敢相信這就是那個被人們贊不絕口的西湖。只見湖面上黑乎乎的一片，湖水渾濁不堪，水面上漂浮著大量的死魚，一只只白色塑料袋象一個個幽靈在翩翩起舞，一個個飲料瓶圍著湖中心的漩渦在不停地打轉。
“怎么會這樣？”我?guī)е耷粏枴?/p>
“就是因為你們平時沒有環(huán)保意識，亂丟亂扔垃圾，再好的'湖水也被糟蹋了”外星人說。
“那現(xiàn)在怎么辦？”我焦急地問。
“別急，我這次來就是幫助你們的，我這里有一樣特殊武器，你看好了”只見他拿出一個閃著亮光的小球，用力向湖面上拋去，小球在空中炸開，霎時在湖面上形成一道防護屏障，把整個西湖包裹的嚴嚴實實，突然，奇跡出現(xiàn)了：混沌的湖水慢慢變清澈了，湖面上的死魚，塑料袋也一個個消失了，我又看到了一條條小魚在水里自由自在地游來游去。
“我該走了，記住，一定要保護好你們的生存環(huán)境，地球只有一個”說完那個外星人就不見了。
“等等我，等等我”我邊跑邊喊。
“醒醒，兒子，你怎么了”媽媽叫我。哦！原來是個夢，還好，還好！我拍拍胸口長吁了一口氣，并且在心里暗下決心，從今天開始，我一定要時刻注意保護環(huán)境，不用一次性筷子，泡沫飯盒，塑料袋，堅持做好垃圾分類工作，盡量節(jié)省文具用品，杜絕浪費，從身邊的小事做起，更要號召我的同學，朋友，家人一起行動起來，因為無論是過去，現(xiàn)在，還是將來，環(huán)境問題都是與我們息息相關的，好環(huán)境是我們的朋友，善待朋友就是善待我們自己。
